Description
Villa Ophelia is an amazing house of 850 square metres in total. It is separated into four buildings and located on a stunning and spacious 7000 square metre plot which is located in the region of Ermioni. A secluded dark-sand beach lies right in front of the house, with an amazing view of the picturesque island of Hydra.
MAIN HOUSE
The main home is divided into two levels: the ground floor and the lower floor. On the ground floor the visitor will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace. There are also three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and a sofa bed, which could be used as separate guest rooms. On the lower floor there is a playroom equipped with a football table and a pool table, a wine cellar, a bathroom, a kitchen and two further bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, but one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. There is also a terrace on top of the ground floor that has a living and dining area that can seat up to four people, ideal for enjoying a drink or dinner with a breathtaking sea view.
POND HOUSE
At the entrance of the estate, next to a koi pond, there is a second house. This pond house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and washer, a sitting area with a sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
GARDEN HOUSE
Right on the garden, with a direct sea view, there is a small house that consists of two spacious, connecting rooms that can function separately as there is a door in-between them. The first room has a well lit bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a sitting are with a sofa-bed and a kitchenette. The second room has a bathroom, a kitchenette and a living area that contains a double bed, a sofa-bed and a fireplace.
GUEST HOUSE
there is also a newly built, 80 square-metre guest house on the estate. It is a stone-built house, that can accommodate up to four people, with a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living area and a kitchen.
The house’s exterior space is both interesting and unique. The big pool, which features a jacuzzi, is surrounded by a paved courtiers that has a comfortable living area, an outdoor bar and a barbecue area with a dining table that can sear up to eight people. In Addition to this there is a large wooden dining table with ten seats at the front of the home. There are numerous outdoor activities available including a farm with horses to ride, an olive garden, a vineyard and a tennis court for those visitors who enjoy sports.
Villa Ophelia has a lot to offer; from relaxation, that can come from laying by the pool or beach and taking in the sea view, to exciting outdoor activities, such as, riding horses, playing tennis or spending time in the vineyard and olive gardens enjoying the hot summer sun and the refreshing breeze.
