A completely equipped barbeque area, a dining space for up to 16 people, a wide lounge area with sofas and armchairs with views of the large pool, and an equipped bar with stools are all located on the upper ground floor. There are also changing rooms with showers and a Jacuzzi on the same floor. Following the path to the beach, there is a playground, a vintage-style barbeque ideal for barbeque nights by the sea and a unique private thin-pebble beach with umbrellas, loungers and a floating pier for boats.
