Ground floor
The house has three levels on the inside. The visitor will find a spacious, sunny living and dining area with a fireplace on the ground floor, as well as an open plan fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with views of the garden and tennis court, while the second bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom, and a modest balcony with views of the beautiful sea.
First floor
Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has twin beds that may be converted to a double bed and a balcony with views of the tennis court. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has a double bed and a balcony with views of the famous islands of Hydra and Dokos. Every room includes a satellite TV and is fully air conditioned.
Lower floor
On the lower floor the visitor can find a bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and the view of the front garden. The lower floor is mainly used for the personnel as it has also laundry and ironing facilities.
Outdoors
The combination of green from the synthetic lawn turf spread across the terrace and blue from the infinity style pool, as well as the blue waters and sky, creates an atmosphere of inner serenity and quiet in the outdoor environment. A wooden terrace with barbecue and dining area with seating for up to eight people is available along with the lovely pool. There is also a tennis court, a small playground on the garden for the young visitors as well as a small beach house with sofa bed to rest after swimming.
