There are three levels in the villa, the ground floor, the first floor and the lower floor on the garden level which can function as a guest or staff room. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is also a big dining table which can seat up to ten people and a bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.
The first floor features a bright, sunlit seating area, a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two further bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with a shower. All three of these bedrooms have a stunning sea view. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms each with twin beds, a sitting area and a bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor area is suitable for all ages, as it blends leisure, from the comfortable seating area next to the pool, with sports, from the volleyball court and the basketball and football facilities. Additionally, there is a barbecue, a large garden with a variety of colourful flowers whose sweet aromas sweep across the estate, and a dining area that can seat up to eight people.
Villa Baileys is unique because it is located in the centre of Porto Heli, yet it feels nothing like it as it is in a quiet location and as such it provides the visitor with a homey atmosphere.
