Stone House is a hidden gem in the region of Koilada. It is 405 square metre, stone built house in a sunlit corner with a stunning view of the Argosaronic gulf, making it the ideal destination for a relaxing vacation. The building is reminiscent of a Greco-Roman temple, and as such it exudes beauty and provides a one-of-a-kind experience for those looking to escape the modern way of life.
The house consists of shades of white,brown and blue, creating an atmosphere of tranquility which allows the visitors to feel relaxed. The interior o the house is divided into two bungalows and a two-story main building. Each of the bungalows have a bright bedroom with natural colours and a double bed, as well as an ensuite with a shower. On the first level of the main building there are two bedrooms with with twin beds and an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, a big wooden dining table which can seat up to eight people and a living room that is incredibly well lit thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows.
The outdoor space consists of a large terrace with a lawn and a picturesque garden with lavender and citrus trees, which emanate exquisite smells throughout the estate. On the terrace, there is an amazing swimming pool measuring 15×7.5 meters. Right next to the pool there are sofas and loungers which are housed by a beautiful pergola and a seating area. Additionally, there is and a dining area that can seat up to eight people, allowing the visitor to enjoy their meals and drinks al fresco with an outstanding view of a scenic beach that softly slides into the crystal clear waters. There is also a barbecue, a vineyard and a private parking space for ten cars. Stone House is situated in an ideal location and with only one minute of walking you can get to either the private pier of the house or to a thin-pebble beach to enjoy the sun and the sea.
