Big Blue House is an incredible 160 square metre house which sits on a 2000 square metre hilltop site with a breathtaking view of the Argolic Gulf. A thin-pebble secluded beach lies right in front of the house with crystal clear waters to enjoy swimming.
The house is divided into two levels, each of which can be used as separate apartments. The first floor features two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with a shower. On the same floor there is a spacious living room with a panoramic sea view, a balcony with a dining table that can seat up to six people for al fresco dining and a fully equipped kitchen with island counters for four people. On the ground level you will find a bedroom with a double bed, and an additional bedroom with a distinctive modern style. There is also a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower on the ground level.
Outdoors there is a large paved area with an exquisite gazebo along with a sofas and armchairs where visitors can relax and take in the view of the sea. There outdoors space also features a barbecue area with a table for up to six people. The property also has large balconied with breathtaking views of the sea.
The Big Blue House is the perfect location fro relaxing under the gazebo and enjoying drinks and meals throughout the day. Big Blue House has a private beach where you can swim or sunbathe, as well as plenty of space to stool around the spacious garden filled with a variety of colourful flowers.
